1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one jk4 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, jk4 may close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

5. Bets & Games

5.1 Bet Acceptance

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or system fault that affects a game or bet outcome, jk4 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Any winnings generated from a confirmed system error are not payable.

5.4 Suspicious Betting Activity

jk4 monitors betting patterns for signs of irregular activity, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering. Accounts found to be engaging in suspicious betting activity may be restricted or closed, and affected winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, jk4 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits to registered players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

jk4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions. Where illegal activity is suspected, jk4 may report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities and withhold any account balance pending investigation.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in that document.
